Tracking – Customers receive a tracking link and AWB number through email and WhatsApp to monitor their order’s status.

Delivery Time – Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–3 days for metro cities and 5–7 days for non-metro areas, though delays may occur in rare cases.

Shipping Charges – Free shipping for all prepaid orders within India; COD orders have a ₹200 cash-handling fee.

Delay Updates – Any processing or delivery delays are communicated to customers promptly.

 Order Cancellation – Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours via WhatsApp; refund will be issued minus 5% payment gateway charges. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Return Window – Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery; initiate via order tracking page or WhatsApp/call.

Return Condition – Products must be returned in original packaging for pickup.

Refund Method – Refunds are issued as a store coupon for the order value minus shipping, 5% payment gateway charges, and any product damage costs.

Refund Timeline – Customers are notified via WhatsApp within 48 hours after returned items pass quality check.
