Returns, Refund, & Cancellation Policies

Designs in Jute is your go-to store for handmade jute home décor products. The following are the store cancellation, returns, and refund policies.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may choose to cancel an order within 24 hours of order confirmation by contacting me at 91 6385085254 via WhatsApp. A refund of your total order amount minus payment gateway charges (5% of total order value) will be initiated within 24 hours of receipt of the WhatsApp message. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

​PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In the rare occasion that your purchase does not satisfy you, I gladly take returns as long as it is initiated within 7 days from the date of receiving your purchase. You can initiate the return from your order tracking page. If not, please contact me within 7 days through a call or through WhatsApp message and I will assist you in the process. Please pack the order in the original packaging for the courier to pick up. Once the package is received and quality check is performed, you will receive a store coupon code for the order value minus shipping and payment gateway charges (5% of total order value) and product damage charges, if any. You will be notified about the same on WhatsApp within 48 hours of package return.
