Return Condition – Products must be returned in original packaging for pickup.

Refund Method – Refunds are issued as a store coupon for the order value minus shipping, 5% payment gateway charges, and any product damage costs.

Refund Timeline – Customers are notified via WhatsApp within 48 hours after returned items pass quality check.
