- Refunds for cancellations are processed within 24 hours, after deducting 5% payment gateway charges.

- Returns are accepted if initiated within 7 days of delivery.

- Customers must ship the product back in unused condition with original packaging at their own cost.

- After quality check, a store credit (coupon code) is issued for the order value minus 5% payment charges and any damage costs.
