- Shake or beat the product to remove dust & dry debris.

- Wipe spills immediately.  Spot clean with a damp cloth.  Do not immerse in water.

- Dry in the shade

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation by contacting via WhatsApp.

- Refunds for cancellations are processed within 24 hours, after deducting 5% payment gateway charges.

- Returns are accepted if initiated within 7 days of delivery.

- Customers must ship the product back in unused condition with original packaging at their own cost.

- After quality check, a store credit (coupon code) is issued for the order value minus 5% payment charges and any damage costs.

- Delivery typically takes 2–3 days for metro cities and 5–7 days for non-metro cities after dispatch.
